SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering providers such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency reported it can be alarmed with regard to the substantial quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the substantial number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This website is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office focused on service the area regularly. The support issue designed for intervention ordeals a large inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it complicated for the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will click here mobilise much more sources to allow the servicing of all buyers and maximize access to Social sassa Assistance companies,” the agency said.
